Dashing vintage Victorian Top Hat by Henry Heath Ltd.. made of horse hair ..hat is in very very good Vintage condition, exterior has no visible flaws. ( interior the leather headband has become detached from interior ( can be re attached , can be worn without notice without interior headband .. inner circumference measures 22 1/2” this is a smaller fit. Wonderful handsome top
